Do you make custom stamps, molds, and cutters?
Yes.
We can create custom stamps for packaging, paper, cardboard, ceramics, and other suitable surfaces.
We also manufacture molds, soap and candle molds, cookie cutters, frames, and other creative tools based on individual requirements.
Can you produce small batches?
Yes.
We produce both individual pieces and small production runs.

If you need multiple pieces, simply include the required quantity in your project request.
What file formats can I send?
We can work with formats including:
STL, OBJ, images, PDF, and other common formats.
Don't have a finished 3D file yet? No problem.
You can also send us a drawing, images, dimensions, or a description of your idea.
Can you optimize my existing 3D model for printing?
Yes.
We can check your model for 3D printability and provide recommendations regarding print orientation, stability, wall thickness, and details where needed.
This helps identify potential problems before production.
Can you create a 3D model based on an idea?
Depending on the project, we can support you with preparing and developing a 3D model.
Send us as much information as possible, including images, dimensions, sketches, or references. We will review your project and discuss what is possible.
What materials do you use?
We use different 3D printing materials depending on the product and its requirements.
We use PLA for many of our products, including Bambu Lab PLA, PETG.
For custom projects, the material choice depends on factors such as appearance, strength, flexibility, and the intended use.
If you tell us about your project requirements, we can recommend a suitable option.
What colors are available?
Available colors depend on the material, product, and our current filament stock.
For custom projects, you can tell us your preferred color and we will check which suitable options are available.
Are visible layer lines normal?
Yes.
FDM 3D printing builds an object layer by layer. Depending on the model, print orientation, and surface, visible layer lines may therefore be present.
This is a characteristic feature of 3D printing and can vary from product to product.
What is the maximum size you can print?
The maximum build volume of our Bambu Lab P1S is approximately:
256 × 256 × 256 mm
Larger models can sometimes be produced in multiple parts and assembled afterwards, depending on their design.
How does a custom 3D printing project work?
1. Send an inquiry
Send us your idea, drawings, images, or 3D file.
2. Project review
We review the project and discuss size, material, color, quantity, and other requirements.
3. Quote
You receive a custom quote with the price and estimated production time.
4. Production
After your approval, we manufacture your product in Berlin.
5. Shipping
Your finished product is securely packaged and shipped within Germany.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the size, complexity, quantity, and current production capacity.
Many smaller orders are produced within 1 to 3 business days.
For custom projects, we will provide an estimated production time after reviewing your request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No.
We produce both single pieces and small production runs.
Can I request a specific size or color?
Yes.
For custom projects, size, color, and other characteristics can be adjusted depending on the product.
Simply include your requirements in your inquiry.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within Germany.
Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer local pickup.
Orders are securely packaged and shipped within Germany.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes.

Can you produce products for events or company presentations?
Yes.

Can you work on confidential projects?
Yes.
