Shipping Area
All goods are shipped from Berlin, Germany.
Delivery is made exclusively to the shipping address provided during the order process.
Shipping is generally carried out via DHL or an equivalent shipping service provider.
Production and Delivery Times
As the products offered are individually manufactured (3D printed), the production time is generally 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
Germany:
approx. 1–3 business days
European Union:
approx. 4–8 business days
Other European countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland):
approx. 5–10 business days
The total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time.
Delivery times stated are estimated and non-binding.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Shipping costs depend in particular on the size, weight, and destination country of the shipment.
Any temporary or promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated and may be limited in time or scope.
Shipment Tracking
Where tracking is available for the respective shipment, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent after dispatch.
Undeliverable Shipments and Incorrect Address Information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details (e.g. return shipping or re-shipment) shall be borne by the customer, provided the error is attributable to the customer.
Transfer of Risk
For consumer contracts, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person authorized to receive them.
Transport Damage
Any visible transport damage should, where possible, be reported directly to the carrier upon delivery and communicated to the seller without undue delay.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
