1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
3D Print Corner

and consumers via the online shop at www.3dcorner.eu.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
A contract is concluded when the order is expressly accepted or when the goods are dispatched.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro and include applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment may be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery times indicated in the shop are estimated and non-binding.
In the case of consumer contracts, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person authorized to receive them.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of 3D Print Corner until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details are provided in the separate Right of Withdrawal policy.
7. Statutory Warranty Rights
The statutory warranty rights under applicable law shall apply.
8. Liability
3D Print Corner shall be fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
The above limitations of liability shall not apply in cases of injury to life, body or health or under mandatory product liability laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content of the online shop, including texts, images, designs and product layouts, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any use beyond the limits permitted by law requires prior written consent.
10. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers residing within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

3D Print Corner is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
